Registering with UNIQUEDOC can be done either on the iPhone, iPad app or website. You will be asked to create a 6 digit PIN code and a password of no less than 8 characters. As with any online password, longer than 8 characters (and simple) is better than shorter (and complex). Long and complex is good too, but make sure it’s memorable. We also recommend trying a password manager.

Medical Verification takes up to 5 working days. Personal Verification takes up to 24 hours. Some members might be asked for further information as part of an additional security check.
Once your payment details have been accepted, your paid plan will be activated. The first month will be debited only when verification is complete, so those waiting Medical Verification will be afforded Bronze functionality until the check is completed.
Free plans allow you to evaluate the UNIQUEDOC application albeit with limited functionality and restrictions with who you can connect. Part of the registration process to UNIQUEDOC’s paid plans is Personal Verification. This first level of security is performed by GBGroup. You will need a valid Passport to complete this check. This may take up to 24 hours.
UNIQUEDOC allows registered medical professionals to take confidentiality to a second level. Silver and Gold UNIQUEDOC plans for Medically Verified members start when your medical registration has been cross-referenced against official country databases.
Other Medically Verified members can then be sure of your status as a bona fide healthcare professional and vice versa. You will need to enter title, name, speciality, registration number, primary workplace and the governing body that administers your medical registration. Medical Verification takes up to 5 working days.

Yes, as a Gold member you are able to initiate communication with anyone on the platform. While you are free to communicate with anyone you like, if the person you choose to communicate with is not a Gold, Silver or Bronze subscription member, we are unable to guarantee their identity.
Gold members have the most cloud storage space available at 200GB of memory for videos, pictures or anything else you’d like to store.
